Random Balloons - DK 80% superwash Merino 20% High Twist Nylon

I really wanted a base that would work for socks in Double Knit. When I knit socks in 4ply, due to my super loose tension they end up so baggy, refusing to go into the 1mm needle size im hoping DK sock yarn will work perfectly. 

It also helps that this is a bigger version of our Doll base.

Weight - Double Knit

Meterage - 243 meters /265 yds

Unit Weight - 100g

suggested needle size 3.5 -4.5mm (US 4 - 7)

Tension 22sts x 30 rows (on 4mm)

Fibre content - 80% superwash Merino 20% High Twist Nylon
